Mindflow ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our mobile application and related services.
Information We Collect
- Account information: Name, email address, and profile picture obtained from Google or Apple Sign-In.
- Content you create: Notes, tasks, reminders, and chat messages you enter in the app. This content is stored securely to provide the service.
- Usage data: Feature usage counts (e.g., number of AI generations) to enforce plan limits. We do not sell this data.
- Device information: Basic device and OS information for debugging purposes.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Mindflow service.
- To personalise your AI experience and maintain your long-term memory (only if you explicitly choose to save it).
- To enforce usage plan limits.
- To communicate important updates about the service.
AI & Memory
Mindflow uses AI models to generate responses to your messages. You are always in control of what gets remembered: memory is only saved when you explicitly tap "Remember". You can delete any memory at any time from within the app.
Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare Workers & AI: Our backend and AI inference run on Cloudflare's edge infrastructure.
- RevenueCat: Used for in-app subscription management.
- Google / Apple Sign-In: Used for authentication only. We receive only the necessary profile details.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@mindflowchat.com.
Children's Privacy
Mindflow is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
