By downloading or using Mindflow, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mindflow application. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Mindflow for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

3. Subscriptions

Mindflow offers free and Pro subscription tiers. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mindflow to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or circumvent the service.
• Share your account credentials with others.

5. AI-Generated Content

Mindflow uses large language models to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create in Mindflow. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mindflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindflow's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
